- Great coworkers - Learned a lot - There are chances for upward mobility if you have the right support behind you - Good health benefits

Cons

- Management was excellent in certain departments, inadequate in some (so it all depends on where you end up and who your manager(s) is/are) - Pay raises are meager - Many jobs could be done remotely, but they enforce the hybrid work model yet don't provide employees with transportation costs (i.e., toll expenses, gas expenses, etc.) - Poor work-life balance if you have an inadequate manager

Potential for higher pay, free boots and uniforms, higher level of respect compared to other local drivers, minimum $1500 a week. The Wilkes Barre location treated me very well.

Long hours, might run out of hours if you’re inexperienced
