      -Chill work environment -Gave a gift basket to new employees -Gives you the amount of days you want to work -Lots of training

      Cons

      -Changed being able to use your own computers to dells -During the apartment's turnover period you work every day 8am to 10pm for 3 weeks cleaning apartments in the entire building, building furniture, while still doing front desk

      turn over is tough but its not long.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
