Pros

free drinks and sometimes free lunch

Cons

This place is unbelievable. They treat employees like slaves, not human-being. I was hired as a social media manager but they end up letting me pick up phone calls like receptionist, doing design work which is a whole other job, and asking me to clean kitchens like a janitor. My supervisor would ask me to say "bye" to her every time i leave work, like I was something sort of minion of hers. Literally, I can't leave by myself voluntarily 9 to 5. I HAVE TO ask for her permission to leave. Ridiculously, more often than not, she would bring something totally new for me to work on at the end of the day. Before the last day, she and the big boss also asked me to give away my personal social media design account and password before I left because they paid for it. So I gave up my own account and made it theirs because I wanted to be the decent person. You think they would give you a break on the last day but no, here's what's shocking: On the last day, I went to the office - my laptop was already gone. No notification, nothing. All my working portfolio i could use for future job seeking was gone. When I asked her for the laptop, she said it's already taken by another manager - which was 100% a lie because that manager was travelling the whole week. She took my laptop the night before my last day like a thief, checking out every bit of my stuff. This is NOT a way a company should treat employees. No human rights at all. The big boss never talked to me personally once the three months i've been there. They treated employees as slaves, minions, and tools.

Pros

Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

Cons

Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
