Easy position if you're looking to get experience in sales, Easy to sale because its considered a luxury apartment and has a "roof top pool", Commission is a plus, free food, free campus shirts, they are usually considerate of your school schedule, events, or football games.
Cons
I worked here for at least a year. You have to work weekends, and you get yelled out by parents 24/7 because the apartment building ALWAYS have problems and has a bad reputation. Managers make you do everything, even there job. They make you work long hours for low pay. If you like to sit at a desk all day this position is perfect for you. You do not get a discount to live in the building at all, if you do its because you probably begged corporate for at least $50 off. Staff will more than likely talk about you behind your back and smile in your face. Good luck.
