      Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Our turnover has decreased greatly since last year, and is lower than the industry. Also our internal promotions have increased nearly 50% this year over last year, and our management team has grown so we're a bit uncertain as to which "management" you are referring to, though wish you much success in your next career step.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
