      Great health benefits and leasing commission

      Cons

      No structure for onsite teams if you are not on the Student side. Very unorganized in their operations and policies compared to previous companies I have been with.

      turn over is tough but its not long.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
