      Pros

      The company provides some opportunities for budding architects/engineers and does reward the employees with intermittent outings and a holiday party.

      Cons

      They have no problem heavily overworking employees, underpays, the company is disorganized in general, frat house atmosphere, mismanaged clients, departing employee transition of projects and clients are non-existent - even with willing departing employees, generally unprofessional company.
