Great work environment. Good place to learn if you are lucky enough to land a job straight out of school. They facilitate education/learning and reward you for a job well done with bonuses, Xmas parties, and other random perks along the way. There are a lot of negative reviews and I have to say that surprises me because everyone I work with is without complaints. Upper Management, in my experience, is nothing but supportive and encouraging. Everyone here works hard. And yes, sometimes to get the job done you have to work over 40 hours a week. They hold you to high standards and reward you for it in other ways than overtime pay.
