Pros
I love the people here and I wake up every day excited to come to work. It is the most casual work environment I've been in: there is zero drama, we love to have fun and so we work well together on projects. Supervisors are very understanding when anything personal is going on at home, allowing for flexible schedules.
Cons
There's room for improvement on how team budgets are allocated. There's no employer that is perfect however.
