Cons
Not necessarily a con, but the office atmosphere is quiet, partially because employees are transitioning back to the office after working from home during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Barghausen has continuously hired through that time period and allows fully remote work (depending on the situation/employee; I think they'd prefer the face-to-face interaction if possible).
