From the moment that I stepped through the front doors for my interview, I could tell Barghausen was a company that genuinely valued their people and their culture. They really do invest in you right from the start, even before getting hired. There are a lot of companies out there that pull you in with the guise that they are a family company, but while working those jobs I've never felt it to be true. Barghausen is 100% a company of people that feels like a family. They really do take care of their employees, and the employee retention shows this. Regardless of what department you are in, you will make friends and learn new things. People are so kind here, and give you grace while you are learning. The company has amazing benefits, offered to you right at your start, which was nice as a twenty something branching into the world. There are so many events put on as well, that employees actually enjoy going to and they're so much fun! I'm still newer to the company, but I definitely plan on staying and growing here. There is so much room to grow with this company, and they really support their employees and their desires to grow, pursue more education, get licenses, etc. I would highly recommend working for this company to anyone in this field looking for a job where they can have longevity and growth. I really do believe that Barghausen is a people and culture driven firm. They have their values and they stand by them through and through.
