Pros

The pay is outstanding for the industry. The fringe benefits are hard to top as well- everything from sports and theater tickets to an annual company yacht party.

Cons

This is not a place to go to develop your skills. This is a meatgrinder. Barghausen is big and growing, and they achieve that by maintaining high levels of productivity. If you don't know how to do something, you won't be taught- it will be taken away from you. If you're happy with your skills as they are, and want to get paid for them, by all means. But be ready. You will work.
