Pros
Lots of opportunity - everyone at the branch level is underpaid and overworked. Because of this, there is constant churn and if you can stand working 55+ hour weeks for a few years, you will naturally climb the ladder because everyone else jumped off. Not TOO corporate
Cons
Pays poorly Benefits are bad Extreme workload Senior leadership routinely lets good people walk away over tiny amounts of money and hands off their work to the people left behind "Cost of Living" raises do not match inflation
