      Pros

      The officers that I made friends. We had each other backs . If one fall we all fall. We became family.

      Cons

      You are stuck working 12 to 20 hour shift per day. You come to work to relieve someone. And they will send your relief to someone else. To make you stay. Corruption with upper staff with inmates. Such as case managers. If they don’t like you they threaten your job.

      Pros

      CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

      Cons

      Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
