      Pros

      You can make a lot of money on overtime if you don't have a life. You can move up quick bc the turn around rate is high.

      Cons

      When you start working there it can change you. All you do is work around negativity and you see the worse in people. You have to worry not just about the inmates trying to get you fired but the officers as well. The training sucks. Management is awful they are to worried about their own promotion that they do the minimum for anyone. They don't care about the employees. To many bosses not enough works.

      Pros

      CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

      Cons

      Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
