Pros

You get to work independently and there are only 2 days you need to be in the office a week, the rest is remote.

Cons

Benefits: Pay is insufficient for the area and you have to wait 6 months for benefits to kick in and they're hardly taken anywhere. Management: Everyone is a director, but you will never see them actually work or know what they even do. The management style is completely archaic and outdated so you'll hear the excuse, "This is just the way we have always done it". Appreciation for employees is completely nonexistent. No matter if you go above and beyond in your position, it will never be seen by higher-ups. Whatever your position is, strap in because you'll be there for the long run until you finally quit. Work/Life: Your job is your life. You're expected to work over 50+ hours a week and seemingly punished with additional work or shunned from the team if you speak up about it. For operations you will have not even 48-hour notice to travel to another state and work from 4/5am to 10pm for 12-14 days. There is no additional pay, there isn't even per diem offered. But you'll have to work as hard as everyone else who is making time and a half and getting stipends and per diem as an encouragement.

Pros

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

Cons

Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
