Pros

Good starting facility if you're into the correction carrier .

Cons

T he cons are so many it's not even worth typing them. But here are a few. Management : A Hamster can run it a lot better. Medical Insurance : You will be leaving over $ 260 per pay check. Benefit : You will have to wait a 6 month period. Work Hr: expect to do 12 & 16 hr Mandatory. Warden: He will just fire personnel instead of working on the issue. Integrity: Integrity means nothing lying gets you out of a tough spot, telling the truth will get you fired.

Pros

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

Cons

Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
