Several paid holidays. Not much else in the way of pros.

The facility I was at didn't observe their own companies policy's. A persons advancement was based on what in crowd they were with. No room for advancement.

Cons
Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
