Pros

Pay is decent Literally nothing else

Cons

Horrible benefits that cost a fortune They target people who follow policies You will be given write-ups for anything you can think of if they don't like you They promote people prop up their egos Warden and both assistant wardens do both of the above Inmates are allowed to do anything they want Unit managers, captains, chief of unit management all encourage you to let inmates do what they want, except when there's an audit...then they'll throw any and all officers under the bus for anything that is wrong. Union president does NOTHING to try to change the way officers are treated and strokes egos to gets better posts than other officers. Everyone is encouraged to tell on anyone else if they do anything 'wrong'. Horrible, toxic environment.

Pros

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

Cons

Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
