Pros

it’s a JOB… That’s it

Cons

Low Pay considering the area we live in… the cost of living is expensive.. everything went up around us expect for pay….. Upper administration doesn’t listen to officers complaints or concerns…every officer in the building gets paid the same pay regardless of tenure … many officers do no hard core physical work hours and get the same pay as those who has 11-12 hours of physical work daily….supervisors are promoted on who they know not what they know or skill set… i can go for days… this place has went downhill every year for the past 10 years and now it’s at its all time lowest with 60+ people quit since beginning of the year….

Pros

CC Uses cutting-edge Technologies, which is good experience for resume building; many of the Teams are collaborative; interesting work and you can believe in company goals.

Cons

Director and Manager level mgmt at corporate here do not provide guidance on projects. There is a lot of turnover on data projects because new employees are thrown into the deep end and then just blamed if results are not as expected. CC really needs more hands-on project oversight. There are also behavioral and anger issues with a couple long-time ppl as well, and this is both exhausting and (sometimes) outright humiliating. They need to treat new people better.
