Pros
Early on they offered lots of perks like class swaps with other businesses. Now I utilize the online perks organized by corporate. Love that there are locations across the country so you can practice when you travel and transfer when you move. They promote diversity and inclusion even in these times.
Cons
They do a terrible job of promoting availability of perks and benefits. The pay was awful when I started (minimum wage as a yoga teacher), but they are improving. You also have to clean up before class which is backwards and takes away from time to greet students and ground yourself which is their expectation/core value.
