No room to price at the maximum or minimum guidelines based on your own knowledge of the customer and your proven sales strategies. They change the rules constantly. No consistency. Very little training material to reference. They state that in order to move up in sales, you have to have ten years. Only two levels of sales people. 401K match only vests 25% a year. They only have Cigna as a choice for healthcare. If you are ill, management makes you take vacation days, even if its a half day. Very little vacation time up front.
