Pros
I have worked here a few years and think everyone's situation may be very different depending on one's role and his or her expectations. That said, it is the most family-like environment I have ever worked in, the people are truly great, there is an Absolute focus on family and work/life balance including early release days, spontaneous as well as planned happy hours, company picnics and holiday parties, and a general feeling of being part of a community and not just a cog in the wheel. Employees are routinely acknowledged for doing outstanding jobs and I think people genuinely care about people, doing the right thing and providing great service and products. Employees work very well together and try to help each other, instead of saying 'that's not my job' as I've experienced in previous workplaces. In my opinion things have only changed for the better as management has changed - very positive and approachable leaders who are taking the company in a positive direction and seem to value their colleagues. Hard work is typically noticed and rewarded.
Cons
work from home options are rare, though the accommodations on-site are pretty great. Not a lot of potential to move "up" or learn a new area without setting off warning bells. A bit of a tech industry and probably not a perfect fit for everyone.
