Pros
The people and the culture at CoreSite are what make this team great. From the CEO (who feels that the company is a family in and of itself however insists on employees valuing their personal family time) to the HR team who insures holidays and special events are really enjoyable for all to the office manager who takes it upon herself to make certain every employee has everything they need, every day to be as successful as possible. Coming from a previous employer where culture was severely under valued to now working for CoreSite, simply.....WOW. The company has it's sights set in the right direction. It does not feel as if decisions are hasty or not well thought out. Everything is done with an appropriate pace and focus to insure success.
Cons
Inter-departmental communication could use some work. It's easy to fall into the "us vs. them" mentality between teams. It isn't something that detracts from the overall value of working at CoreSite but it is something that could use some elbow grease and attention.
