Pros

Not a place for everyone. Coretex has a tight hiring criteria to get A players and expects an A game from all of them. The result is a fast paced and technically challenging but with really smart people solving real world problems.

Cons

Coretex customers are multi-billion dollar organisations with difficult and challanging problems to solve and so pressure to get things right is always there.

Salary is low This is one of the worst managed companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working for. The owners and c-level executives have some of the biggest egos on the planet. Super high turnover. They have an inferior product that is much more expensive than competitors. Stay away from this company
