Pros
Coretex has changed a lot in recent times. There's significant growth happening and some really cool developments in innovation, and new people and a new structure in the management team. There's a breath of fresh air running through the company and there is huge potential for people who are energised and committed.
Cons
We still have some work to do on improving communication. People are aware of it and I know it's being worked on, and it's already improving.
