Management show no respect for anyone at the company and there is a big bullying culture. It's a very silent work environment and you will get told off if you're talking to your colleagues too much. No real chance of building your career and getting promoted. A very negative energy in the offices with everyone complaining about management and being somewhat scared of them. If you work your contractural hours only you will get told off, everyone is expected to make work their life. Relatively niche industry so not many career prospects outside of Coretex if you stay too long and get conditioned to the industry. Customers certainly do not come first.
