The company has gone through a lot positive changes on the management level recently and it is still improving. You get chance to work with some very smart and talented people , and your hard work will be rewarded. Cortex is a fast faced technology company, there is a lot of opportunities to use and learn the latest tools, if you enjoy challenges and solving problems you will never get bored here.

Salary is low This is one of the worst managed companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of working for. The owners and c-level executives have some of the biggest egos on the planet. Super high turnover. They have an inferior product that is much more expensive than competitors. Stay away from this company
