Stay away. Unethical leadership that goes as far as to make up fake medical statistics and leadership turns their head. West Michigan mentality — dumb, airhead let’s call everyone our friend mentality- with fake know-nothing leaders who started working there out of college.
Cons
Probably of the worst places I have ever worked. Fake, unethical, incompetent. Shady and unethical, but west Michigan Culture embraces that.
