Pros
My team is full of bright, caring, and helpful people. We all work together so well and the patients are absolutely amazing. I would love to stay forever because of my team and community. The company can be a good introduction into the field.
Cons
The company, however, severely lacks in compassion with its employees and patients. They do a great job at making you feel like numbers. Every year corporate finds a way to make our jobs harder but consistently reduce how much they give back.
