Pros
Flexible position - hybrid (at least 2 days/week in office, depending on on site needs). You have the option to work 4 x 10 hour days/week after a year here. Easily able to take off time for appointments and make up the hours later. Great team and coworkers to work with. PTO is really good.
Cons
Minimal movement for promotions or growth, unless you want to move to management. High turnover due to lack of growth opportunities. This is the kind of position most people stay for 1-3 years before moving on. Yearly salary increases are minimal at 3% max No real bonuses
