Pros

it’s a good job if you are self motivated and like autonomy. Working on the road is enjoyable to me and we get to meet some pretty amazing people. Pay and benefits are average.

Cons

Paid the same to case managers those who only do visits, can be overwhelming when case loads are high. Sometimes the focus seems more on productivity points than good care.

If you keep your mouth shut, you'll be able to get to work with the most recent tech and have quite the budget to mess around with it.

Cons

If you voice out your technical recommendations to fix any issues in the code or IT infrastructure, and your technical recommendations go against uncovers a lot of issues created by anyone that your manager happens to like or have close working relationship with them, then get ready to get tossed out.
