The company is growing so it can feel very busy.

Good experience, attention to detail, very design-focused, and involved with intern education and opportunity.

Social structure/ culture plays too big a roll, not enough diversity, constant stress of hitting yearly goals but not seeing much reward for going above them. Pay scale quickly falls out of average range; 1-2% merit raise a year is not enough to keep up so in 4 years you're below the average in salary.
