      Pros

      Good benefits, chill coworkers, and peaceful town.

      Cons

      Location. Ithaca is very isolated from everywhere else with a several hours of driving to visit any big city. Good place to work if older and have a family, not so much if young. Work is very slow paced. Things simply don't get done.

      - smart people work here - good facility - very dynamics - management got slow hence affected research sometimes

      - City is beautiful but isolated - weather is not the best especially winter
