      A beautiful town and nice place to live. Nice work environments.

      Cons

      Stressful because of understaffing and apathetic overpaid faculty not addressing the stress and staff issues, but while still collecting 6 figure paychecks.

      - smart people work here - good facility - very dynamics - management got slow hence affected research sometimes
