Pros

The culture at Corner Alliance is what makes them different. Examples-Open Communication-true transparency, collaborative work environment, energetic, innovative, creative, fun, professional talented employees, more like a family than a work team, growing, caring, work life balance, individuals are heard and make a difference. They are truly a management consulting firm and not just another government contractor. They care about the client, their employees and doing what is right.

Cons

Small firm- under 20 employees right now so you need to be comfortable with being in the spotlight. It isn't necessarily a con if you are comfortable and motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in a very flat organization. Everyone is valued but also everyone is expected to contribute. It is a candid, informal environment so if you crave structure and more heirarchy and things to be clear cut, this may not be the right company for you.

Pros

Primarily remote company. CEO is very caring and transparent, everyone in leadership genuinely is supportive and they encourage a lot of bonding between lanes and contracts through company wide meetings and mentoring. Good pay and if you’re on a longterm/stable contract it can be a great time, client base non withstanding.

Cons

A smaller company which makes it fall victim to the nature of contracting more fiercely (cuts, client pressures, etc). Because of the size, if anything happens to your contract and you don’t have translatable skills for a temp bench role you are removed pretty quickly, which can be jarring and clashes against the culture of the company, regardless of best intentions. It’s worse because they put an emphasis on helping the internal growth and culture of the company but most of the people who spearheaded the big ideas of internal initiatives have left or been cut abruptly based on work availability. Run of the mill benefits packages
