Cons
No opportunity for advancement or growth, will say early each year what your goals are for the year but will provide unrealistic expectations on how to get there. If you somehow hit those expectations then they will add more for the following year for you to hit to get promoted. Will get put on a PIP to put you in your place to either adhere to company culture or not say anything you disagree with within the company. If you don’t hit KPI’s you will know about it and that’s normal within an agency, you have to grind to perform. No follow up as well from management or leadership on personal goals, will continue to talk about them in reviews and such but no action is ever taken to actually get you there.
