      Pros

      There is zero accountability, so if you are a turd looking to be the “grey man” and just collect a paycheck then you have come to the right place!

      Cons

      Toxic leadership all the way up the chain to the Executive level; dishonest, pretentious, aloof, and extreme cognitive dissidents. Lots of other issues as well, but no point trying to mention any of that as it will never be fixed with the folks that currently run the company.

Constructive feedback or process critiques are routinely penalized or labeled as "attitude problems," stalling genuine quality progression. High Indirect Turnover: This management-by-coercion style has dismantled workplace psychological safety, leading to ongoing administrative volatility and high turnover among supervisory and technical staff.
