Pros

Even though there is good management, you need to really push your self to expand the position. The techs are required more and more to handle the responsibility that inside schedulers and coordinators used to handle for them. This can be hard for some but it makes you a more self sufficient worker that can soon take on more responsibility and grow. There is oversight on expenditures but as long as you provide proper backup for everything nothing is questions. They spare no expense to provide you with the tools and even supplementary courses and certificates to make you a better tech.

Cons

The company keeps growing so this compounds the growing pains. This is anything from changes in how things run, changes in management and other inside positions, the health benefits (that got more expensive) and how we integrate with the new companies we acquired and merged with.

Not many, other than it’s a corporate setting so decisions get made slowly. Including decisions that might improve work.
