      Remote working is the only pro here.

      Cons

      Managers do not know what they are doing. They pretend to be nice with new hires and once you’re sucked in the MBCI manager will treat you horribly. Will never stick up for her team either so plan to be belittled and shamed if you ask multiple questions after their “training” there is no training honestly. No bonuses no raises don’t ask about money they’ll shoot you down and tell you that you should be glad you have a job there 😂 run don’t walk away from this dept and company!

      Not many, other than it’s a corporate setting so decisions get made slowly. Including decisions that might improve work.

High Indirect Turnover: This management-by-coercion style has dismantled workplace psychological safety, leading to ongoing administrative volatility and high turnover among supervisory and technical staff.
