While I am very satisfied overall, I believe implementing a more structured and transparent process for raises would be a valuable improvement.

We recently launched a Self-Review and Performance Evaluation tool that Team Members complete annually to support their personal and professional growth. Managers can use these evaluations alongside factors like industry conditions, market compensation trends, and team and company performance when considering merit increases. The Company continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining its service-focused culture while embracing many changes experienced over the past several years. Senior Management remains dedicated to keeping Team Members informed, engaged, and connected through regular virtual and in-person events. Leadership fosters a positive and collaborative work environment through an open-door policy that encourages questions, suggestions, and feedback. This commitment to transparency, communication, and employee engagement strengthens trust across the organization and reinforces a culture where Team Members feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute to the Company's success.

None, company does not care about employees

Cons

HR and management will make up lies, show no proof and fire you with no warning. Even when ask for proof of allegation, HR refused to provide as there was none. There is a reason they are now looking for their 3rd mortgage fraud investigator in 6 months time. They also do not believe in raises or annual review, poor 401k match and high cost for family benefits.
