Pros
The people here are amazing, everyone truly cares about each other and are so willing to help you learn. There is a lot to learn, as with any job, but it's very rewarding because you are appreciated. No micro-managing, which is a huge plus for me; I'm an adult and don't need a babysitter. The pay is very competitive and the perks of being able to work on your own without micro-managing is worth its weight in gold. If you are lucky enough to be offered a job here I would highly suggest you take it - hiring seems to be by word of mouth only(recommendation). Random monetary production incentives are great and add up fast!
Cons
Benefits are not the greatest. Low match on 401k. Health insurance is very reasonable for employee but very expensive for other dependents. You have to accrue vacation before you use it so you have no vacation time within the first year (however you can borrow from the next year).
