You can set your hours to work.

Cons

No holiday pay,says you'll get it but lies.Lies on pay rate.They don't care.They except you to work your life away for them.Calls and text non stop to pick up shifts.Pay checks were NEVER CORRECT.Then they say it'll be on next check when they're the ones who did the hours and oh let's no forget mileage too,they short ya on that too.Run away from this company.I feel like they're becoming pop up companies.

little micromanaging and flexible scheduling

Cons

Little to no training, Upper management abuses power and hardly ever any useful communication because it seems like no one knows anything useful. They essentially throw you to the wolves and when you don't meet even one of the metrics they wont give you useful advice on how to improve but rather just poke at the issue over and over.
