Flexibility, local office relationships, client and community engagement

Cons

Pay, structure, communication. At our local office we have an amazing team. Wouldn’t change that for the world. I feel as though things could improve from a corporate to office perspective. Pay could definitely be improved for managers across the board for the amount of work and personal time that ends up being devoted.

little micromanaging and flexible scheduling

Cons

Little to no training, Upper management abuses power and hardly ever any useful communication because it seems like no one knows anything useful. They essentially throw you to the wolves and when you don't meet even one of the metrics they wont give you useful advice on how to improve but rather just poke at the issue over and over.
