Pros
Awesome coworkers! Good perks like happy hours and free food.
Cons
So many old relationships across all teams. They really get in the way of new and engaging talent. Getting promoted or a raise is like pulling teeth, they rather throw a ton of money to new hires who look good on paper but have zero clue as to what they're doing! Unless of course senior management likes you enough to get approval from the CEO. Other than the sales team all other teams are running on a skeleton team and are being over worked. The CEO is geared towards keeping sales up instead of worrying about the rest of the organization. He's also just worried about the stock prices! Either way they can't keep up the growth for too long. The cultural shift is also changing to that of a corporate environment rather than a fun start up.
