Fellow nurses, patient care, medical & dental paid 100%. Love working with my peers in giving the best patient care. Everyone truly cares about their patients and making them healthier and it shows in how we can work together in a positive manner.

Some management claim to listen to the needs of the clinical staff but often falls on deaf ears. We have a lot of dedicated, caring nurses and rehab staff and some feel that they are not heard. We all have some great ideas that would benefit everyone and make processes more efficient. Too many changes all at once and not enough training. Scheduling needs improvement. Revolving door with some lazy and uncaring staff. Some are too busy texting or gossiping. Too many nurses' paychecks are incorrect (shorted!) due to current manager in payroll dept! This never happened with prior manager!! Lack of care on their part. Many nurses have families to support and can't wait 2 weeks for them fix THEIR mistakes! Very frustrating!!
