Good company focused on employee growth - Account Manager Corovan Employee Review

Since starting work here a few months ago I have come to realize that this company is very focused on the long term growth of their employees. The training is extensive and they set realistic goals for their new employees to meet. My wife gave birth to our first a few months after I started and even though I didn't qualify for benefits through the company yet they allowed me to take time off for the birth of my son. It meant a lot to me to know that even though I was new they wanted me to have that time off. It made me feel valued as an employee and that the company values my family.
