      Pros

      Management & Owners put 110% into the company, and are truly on the cutting edge of technology for a moving company. We have advanced systems software most of our competitors will never be able to get their hands on.

      Cons

      Like Most Moving Companies, most of our projects happen during the weekend so you are typically on call just in case something comes up that's out of scope that needs approval

      Pros

      As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

      Cons

      For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
