Pros

Generally an amazing opportunity to network and start your career in IT. A great bonus is if you go to various companies, you can see all the different work cultures too without necessarily being tethered to it. Every individual has been nothing but kind and straightforward too, which helps people open up more.

Cons

Not great for those who don't network when working. Going to so many companies and getting to know so many people is really nice for upward movement.

Pros

As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

Cons

For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
