Great coworkers, great opportunity to learn more about the industry, and you can make great connections with every major company in the area.

Cons

The scheduling is abysmal, you are either overworked or under worked so unless you have a side hustle not worth your time. As IT you don't actual receive any IT jobs unless you stick around for 3 months.

Pros

As an HR person, I can honestly say that the company does care about its employees! I have worked at many companies where the employees are just a number. Not here. Recently Corovan became an ESOP (employee-owned) and it is great benefit for the future.

Cons

For the field employees the work load fluctuates based on customer needs so work hours can be unpredictable.
